Technical Achievements: accuracy of 10 to 30mm RSME depending on flight height; when flown at 50 to 60m height above ground and at 8m/s, accuracy of 20mm RSME with 250 to 350 points per square metre; when flown slower = more points, when flown lower = higher accuracy; allowed to fly up to 1500m from pilot (terms and conditions apply).

Time in flight so far: 100+ hours

Projects so far:  covered over 120 km² of welsh coast line for Wales Coastal Monitoring Centre; covered over 60 km² for north Cornwall and Somerset beach monitoring surveys; Solar farm height models of proposed sites; electric power lines; height models for large development site (over 1 square mile)

Pilot: CAA licensed with extended range permission, prefers auto-pilot;
