Setting Out and ‘As Builds’

We have been undertaking a variety of surveys on live building sites to assist or verify building work.

Projects include:

• level transfers to listed walls at development in central Bristol for Wring Group Demolition Ltd.;
• concrete slab ‘as build’ survey to verify size and plainness before timber framing to be added and survey of services holes locations in Worcester for Cabot Homes Ltd.;
• setting out of proposed road layout for visualization to the planning officers (tree preservation and highways) in Gloucestershire for Crest Nicholson Ltd.;
• setting out of road layout and building frontages for planning purposes (visualization) near Bristol;
• internal slab survey and setting out in multi-storey development in central Swindon;
• setting out of various boundary features such as corners and stones for the cadastral system in Germany.
• survey of various as-builds, comprising of new buildings, old buildings with lost records, new roads and new infrastructure through out the UK.
• monitoring of party wall movement and retaining wall settlement on new hotel development in Bristol for Future Inns Ltd.
